The DSC PowerG PG9936 Wireless Smoke and Heat Detector provides early warning of fire by detecting smoke or temperatures exceeding 135°F and alerting occupants with a built-in 85db alarm buzzer and flashing LED light. It also transmits a coded signal to the control panel to activate the system siren and alert the end user or central monitoring station. This detector is compatible with all PowerG Security Systems and works with alarm systems such as DSC iOtega, Neo, and Qolsys IQ Panel 2+. It also features alerts for device tampering and low battery, and has an automatically resettable alarm-silencing feature.
